Painted Toes!!

Our "big" little girl is loving living here... she has so many playmates right at her fingertips! Last week Lizzi ("Dizzi") came over to help Mackenzie paint her toes. She is Mackenzie's best friend because she is 3 years older and understands that Mackenzie will take toys from her and she doesn't take it personally but kindly asks her to share. She plays with Mackenzie, but also nurtures her... she is welcome anytime! It's nice that Mackenzie gets a break from the sanctifying exercise of sharing... but I am also so grateful she has so many opportunities to learn to share when she gets to play with her friends her own age. Yes, there are many opportunities for sanctification when they all play together! They do have so much fun together though... I don't know who will be crying harder when we move, Mackenzie or Mommy!

Lizzi and Kenzie dried their pretty toes on the swings...

I ended up changing the color cuz this was way to dark for my little toddler!
Not a great picture, but they were laying so sweetly next to each other... of course by the time I got the camera Kenz was on the move again!

Jake loved the picture Mackenzie made him!

She also didn't want to share the camera with mommy...

Just a taste of this season =) We lost the cord that hooks up our video camera to the computer, but I wish I could put up some videos of Mackenzie playing with Aubrey, it is so sweet! She really does love her sister and tonight was insisting on "holding" Aubrey and dancing with her... she was not very happy when I wouldn't let go of her sister! Going on a late night walk with my hubby now... hand in hand and no stroller to push... what a great summer this is going to be!!

About Me

My photo
I am a sinner saved by grace and I married my best friend, Jake, in May 2005! God has blessed us with three adorable little girls that we get to raise together in a beautiful home in the most charming neighborhood in America! They are a joy to raise and continually make us aware of our need for a Savior! We are thankful the Lord did not leave us in our sin, but sent His Son Jesus to die in our place, bearing the just wrath of God that we deserved, and giving to us Christ's righteousness instead. Through His grace and forgiveness, we now are free to love Him who saved us and to extend the mercy we've been shown to each other. We pray our little ones will come to know Christ and that we will be faithful to proclaim the good news of Jesus to them not only with our words, but with our actions and our interactions with each other. So please enjoy reading about the Moon family, we're so glad you stopped by!
