Growing Friendships...

In August we had the fun of having Lizzi stay with us while her parents were at youth camp with her older siblings. She is 7-year-old, but she still plays with Kenzie like they are best little friends! I am very grateful for their sweet friendship!Liv stayed with us one day too while Jamie went up to youth camp. Kenzie did Lizzi's hair and was quite proud of the finished product! I was amazed Liv let her do this!

A silly picture of the "trick of treaters"... they were so cute the definitely got some candy out of me! The extra girls in this picture are Ella and Hannah, Ella is Kenzie's other bud and Hannah was here to help and hang out with Lizzi. It was a fun afternoon full of dress ups and doing hair!
Aubrey helping show off Lucy's new outfit!
Love a baby in boots!
Our first date night swap! We teamed up with two other families to switch for date nights! We babysat for their families last Friday and now Jake and I get two date nights on the next two Fridays... Woohoo!! And can I just tell you how much I love these little boys too!? They are so sweet with my girls and very obedient and respectful! Couldn't think of better boys for my little ladies to hang out with!

I love this picture... Sam has a thing for playing with someone's ear while he sucks his fingers and he was playing with Lucy's ear while sucking his favorite fingers and watching Toy Story! Wouldn't this be an awesome picture to pull out someday when they are 14 and 17??

  2. Yep, that's a great pic. I'm thinking of doing a collage for Sam, "Of all the ears I've loved before..." I am happy to see other kids suck fingers and thumbs tho, so I also love the couch pic! Tks for the idea and launching of the swap, Julie.

About Me

My photo
I am a sinner saved by grace and I married my best friend, Jake, in May 2005! God has blessed us with three adorable little girls that we get to raise together in a beautiful home in the most charming neighborhood in America! They are a joy to raise and continually make us aware of our need for a Savior! We are thankful the Lord did not leave us in our sin, but sent His Son Jesus to die in our place, bearing the just wrath of God that we deserved, and giving to us Christ's righteousness instead. Through His grace and forgiveness, we now are free to love Him who saved us and to extend the mercy we've been shown to each other. We pray our little ones will come to know Christ and that we will be faithful to proclaim the good news of Jesus to them not only with our words, but with our actions and our interactions with each other. So please enjoy reading about the Moon family, we're so glad you stopped by!
