Some Recent Pictures For the Grandmas!

Painting a bird house... she took her job very seriously!

Making a "muddy pig"

Chocolate cupcakes to celebrate our friend's birthday at playgroup last week!

Jake and I snuck out to the garage after dinner yesterday to eat some Oreos in peace. It was so much fun! We found two chairs to sit in and we talked and chowed down on Oreos ignoring the crash of legos we heard through the wall... it was a blissful 5 minutes... but then we came back to reality... THIS!
Jake is such a great husband and father though! He played on the floor with the girls for a while before he helped them pick up all the legos. He was just telling me today how he enjoys the way each of the girls play, and I loved hearing his perspective. He said Kenzie was standing in the hall way pretending to talk on the phone with him. She said her name was Emma and she couldn't come over and play because she was sick with the stomach bug... haha! So she plays in this world of make believe and Aubrey plays in the land of NOW! He said Aubrey just kept running over to him and jumping on his stomach and saying, "Up and Down! Up and Down!" I love him so much!

About Me

My photo
I am a sinner saved by grace and I married my best friend, Jake, in May 2005! God has blessed us with three adorable little girls that we get to raise together in a beautiful home in the most charming neighborhood in America! They are a joy to raise and continually make us aware of our need for a Savior! We are thankful the Lord did not leave us in our sin, but sent His Son Jesus to die in our place, bearing the just wrath of God that we deserved, and giving to us Christ's righteousness instead. Through His grace and forgiveness, we now are free to love Him who saved us and to extend the mercy we've been shown to each other. We pray our little ones will come to know Christ and that we will be faithful to proclaim the good news of Jesus to them not only with our words, but with our actions and our interactions with each other. So please enjoy reading about the Moon family, we're so glad you stopped by!
