Life with Little Girls on Valentine's Day!

My beautiful Valentines! I love this memory with our little family every year! This time last year I was in my third trimester with Lucy... and now here she is eating Baby Mummum's and all dressed up for her daddy!
I made something for dinner that even my Aubrey would eat!!

My husband is the best! Love is going to three different Walmarts and Targets getting the best deals on these movies and then making part of the gift that he would rewatch them all with me... I'm telling you, if that's not love, what is?
I made heart shaped bacon for dinner. With bisquits and eggs and fruit... everyone was happy!
I gave Jake a balloon for every year we have been together on Valentine's with a memory from each year tied to the end. When he got to 2012 his hands were shaking because he thought I was going to tell him I was pregnant again... nope... but that would have been a really creative way to tell him!
He is such a good daddy! He bought his two oldest girls cards with stickers in them and wrote them sweet notes in them. They were thrilled!!

Then they all shared a special dance with their daddy. Every year he dances with his daughters on Valentine's Day! I am so grateful for a man who loves to dance with this three daughters and treat them like ladies... on more days then just Valentine's Day!

And one picture of me... so there was proof that I was at this special night! Haha!

  1. What a fun night and great memories you all made--kudos to Jake for all the ways he takes part in it. Gotta be a little challenging, at least, as the only male in the grp. :- )
Tks for sharing your night w/us, Julie. (esp loved the heart shaped bacon--tee hee hee)

I am a sinner saved by grace and I married my best friend, Jake, in May 2005! God has blessed us with three adorable little girls that we get to raise together in a beautiful home in the most charming neighborhood in America! They are a joy to raise and continually make us aware of our need for a Savior! We are thankful the Lord did not leave us in our sin, but sent His Son Jesus to die in our place, bearing the just wrath of God that we deserved, and giving to us Christ's righteousness instead. Through His grace and forgiveness, we now are free to love Him who saved us and to extend the mercy we've been shown to each other. We pray our little ones will come to know Christ and that we will be faithful to proclaim the good news of Jesus to them not only with our words, but with our actions and our interactions with each other. So please enjoy reading about the Moon family, we're so glad you stopped by!
