Our Fun Girl Summer!

First off, this picture captures my favorite moments of this newborn stage! I love that early morning feeding where the baby falls back to sleep on your pillow and you fall back to sleep smelling her sweet baby breath! I'd say this is my favorite part of being a mom, but there are so many other sweet stages I'm enjoying with my "big" girls that I can't say "this one" is my favorite! I love life with THREE!!
My mother-in-law sent her this adorable bathing suit and we had fun taking pictures of her in it at the lake!

Liv joined us at the lake... I think she and Aubrey were enamored by Kenzie's "trick" of jumping off the dock. They didn't get the courage up for this until the end!

Love this picture... can't wait till they are teenagers and we pull this one out!

Jake built this awesome fort with the girls when I was out one night. He even let them use all the DVD's as a gate to "keep the bears out!" What a fun daddy he is!


We let the "big girls" have a "slumber party" the other night... here they were trying to convince us that they really would go to sleep! Ha! I love Aubrey's face in this picture!

I love when they are both feeling affectionate at the same time... hugs have been known to turn into fights if one person isn't feeling particularly affectionate!

Random pictures I caught on camera the other day... so much love for this little one in our house!










Lucy is doing real smiles now!

And this last picture cracks me up! Kenzie set up a "nursery" where she took care of all the babies. She pulled out her little rocking chair and said she was the "watcher" and she took good care of all of her children.

    Great pictures, Julie. I do so remember those early morning times too...sweet :) but there will be many other sweet moments in other stages as well...enjoy these special times--they speed by, don't they?!

    Great montage, Julie. Lucy's already so big!! You got some great shots of the olders, too. Keep em coming (pics, that is, not necessarily babies--hee hee).
