The Big Girl Bed!!

We officially transitioned Kenzie to my old bed so we could use her crib (that we had set up as a toddler bed) for baby Lucy! Thank you Aunt Anne for Christmas money to buy new sheets with! She picked out these Hello Kitty ones... and I can't figure out why? She by-passed Dora and Belle for Hello Kitty... go figure!

What did Aubrey think about sleeping in her crib that night?

Awww... good thing "Silky" was there to make it all better for her!

Baby Lucy is growing bigger everyday!!

Cousins-to-be... can't wait to meet their little one and find out what it is!!

So what have we done the past few days trapped in the house?? Well... I've tried to pull out every craft and baking project I can think of... but I'm running out of ideas and my kids only want to watch movies and eat junk food! We've got to get out of this house soon!!

Yesterday we ventured out to the frozen lake... the girls weren't as impressed as I thought they'd be!

We did have a good time on the swings and slide though... it just felt so good to get some fresh air!

And for those freaking out that I let my toddlers walk on a frozen lake rest assured that it was really thick and if they had fallen in they would have only gone up to their ankles... we stayed where I knew we could all still stand just in case!

About Me

My photo
I am a sinner saved by grace and I married my best friend, Jake, in May 2005! God has blessed us with three adorable little girls that we get to raise together in a beautiful home in the most charming neighborhood in America! They are a joy to raise and continually make us aware of our need for a Savior! We are thankful the Lord did not leave us in our sin, but sent His Son Jesus to die in our place, bearing the just wrath of God that we deserved, and giving to us Christ's righteousness instead. Through His grace and forgiveness, we now are free to love Him who saved us and to extend the mercy we've been shown to each other. We pray our little ones will come to know Christ and that we will be faithful to proclaim the good news of Jesus to them not only with our words, but with our actions and our interactions with each other. So please enjoy reading about the Moon family, we're so glad you stopped by!
